Positive: Very close to our event, very cozy

Negative: Only complaint was the air conditioner had a slight smell when used, but seemed to disappear when we came back later that night. Even then it was very minor, maybe hadn't been run in a while

Positive: The "condo" was convenient to get to. It was within walking distance of restaurants, beach and marina. Bed was comfortable, but quite low.

Negative: The furnishings were cheap. The couch was wobbly. The floor squeaked with every step and had definite low spots and weak spots. The AC was in the living room, and the bedroom was hot. We were only given two thin, rough towels. I asked for more linens, which they did bring, but I prefer to have enough towels. There was no shower mat. Spiders everywhere! Inside and out. Not sure what to expect, but the outside walls were covered with bugs. The windows were filthy and cobwebs everywhere. Everything about the place felt neglected and underwhelming.
