Positive: I liked the location of the unit. The place was clean. The beds were comfortable. A nice layout with 2 bedrooms and the middle room for sitting.

Negative: I was emailed and texted over and over to tell me the same thing. I only needed the check in information because I paid for the place awhile ago. There was NO information in the unit about the location of the pool. I tried to call and text with Vacasa and they told me to look on google maps. The pool was not heated to a nice temp. There was nothing in the unit to help with the TV’s. We never could get the one in the big room to work properly to access the live tv. The one in the master A bedroom had a remote that needed new batteries. I couldn’t find batteries and wasn’t going to purchase them. The owner/manager should give a detailed instruction sheet. This is the first time I’ve rented a place that didn’t tell you anything. The place was clean but the outside table and chairs were dirty, so it didn’t make it nice to sit out until I cleaned them off. We finally found the pool. Not great customer service. You could put some nice coffee pods for renters. Kleenex is always a good thing too. The cost was decent but the resort fee added a large amount to the overall price. Im just trying to offer advise from someone who travels a great deal and always uses booking.com and VRBO sites. A few additional touches would add so much to your place. I asked about a coffee maker and was not told it had a kuerig or I would’ve brought my own.
