Positive: Good location along trail. Right by Sunday animal market. Short walk to town. Nice view. Excellent and kind hosts who make excellent food for you and plenty of it.

Negative: Can get cold in room and hot water for shower limited.

Positive: The place was perfect for travelers in every scale! The location is right at the start of the quilotoa treck, the views are exceptional, the room was clean and well equipped. There are games and books for the free time, and they had food options for people with restrictions (Im vegetarian and have an allergy to gluten). There are hot water for shower (you just need to know that you should open it for a bit, and not all the way). Also there is a service of transporting your big muchilas to the end of the trail, and a lunch bag to go. Above all the hospitality was so lovely, we got help with everything we needed (including a ride to the atm!). Would definitely recommend!

Positive: I spent one night at this lodge before starting the Quilotoa Loop and I absolutely loved it. It feels just like home — the welcome was so warm and friendly. The dinner and breakfast were both delicious and very generous. The view is stunning, and you can enjoy it from your bed, the dining area, and all around the outdoor spaces. I highly recommend this place, especially for the kindness of the people.
