Negative: I love this place and have been staying here annually since 2019. This trip the office was "manned" by an electronic kiosk with a live customer service person. This was a COMPLETE disaster. There were 5 different parties crammed into the small lobby. The codes that were texted to us did not lead us to the correct place to "check in". We all ended up having to wait to "speak" with the kiosk. They said we would get a code to unlock our doors, but that code took 20+ minutes to receive. I truly hope this was a horrible experience and I beg that this now be the norm going forward.
