Summary: Parking is tough, narrow parking lot. No more continental breakfast offered as in stays past. Only coffee. Bed was made but real lumpy. Beds were very noisy. Housecleaner replaced soap container with conditioner for the shower so we had a shampoo, 2 conditioners snd no body wash. Housecleaning did not replace 2 dirty glasses with 2 clean ones. No amenities, just coffee. No cereal, muffins, fruit, etc. We will probably look elsewhere to stay when we visit Monterey again.

Summary: I have two quibbles: 1) And it's a big one: The shower was so slippery it was outright dangerous. It was like standng on an ice cube. I put a towel down so I was okay, but a grab bar would be helpful. ) Slow internet. We're all used to fast internet now so it's frustrating to wait on a slow connection. Otherwise -- great!

Summary: The room was super clean and there was a fire place that added a nice warm feeling. It is also an easy walk to the Surgical Center on Cass if you are receiving a procedure.
