A pretty and spacious apartment, with all the comforts, converted from an architectural salvage of an old industrial structure, nearby the hotel Molino Stucky, in a suggestive and pleasant picture of the Giudecca island. The apartment is situated on two floors with visible wooden beams and is composed of three bedrooms. It can comfortably accommodate two/three people surrounded by a suggestive and quiet area, which is the island of Giudecca. The apartment has 1 double-room, a living room complete with sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, one bathroom, a washing machine, a safe, free TV and WIFI. All rooms have air-conditioning, and a warm welcome greets the guests thanks to the elegant furnishing. Summary: Excellent location!! close to vapporetto! QUIET, clean, very comfortable bed! Kitchenette is complete with necessities, Cristina was our contact person and she was very sweet and helpful. We would most defiantly stay there again!!

Summary: Very comfortable, clean, modern apartment. Supermarket nearby if you want to cook at home; several local restaurants available if you prefer to eat out. Easy waterbus ride to San Marco where main tourist attractions can be found; nice to be away from the crowded busy center in the evening to relax.

Summary: My significant other and I stayed a little over two weeks here and had a great time. Giudecca is an ideal location to stay when visiting Venice. A five minute boat ride and you are away from the crowds to enjoy a nice dinner or quiet evening at home. Ideally located, this apartment is just a short walk from the boat launch. The neighborhood is friendly and we never had any concerns walking at night. The apartment is efficient and thoughtfully laid out with all of the amenities you would want. You can tell that Cristina put a lot of thought into designing the place. She even provided an adapter for overseas electronics. We shopped at the local market and cooked two meals a day at the apartment. All of the kitchenware needed to prepare our meals was provided. In addition, the kitchen was already stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, salt, water, prosecco, and olive oil upon our arrival. Cristina is a wonderful host and she is very easy to work with. She communicated with us a great deal ahead of time to make sure we arrived with no issues. During our stay, she checked in to make sure everything was going well. Cristina has perfected the balance between being available and not feeling intrusive.
