A pretty and spacious apartment, with all the comforts, converted from an architectural salvage of an old industrial structure, nearby the hotel Molino Stucky, in a suggestive and pleasant picture of the Giudecca island. The apartment is situated on two floors with visible wooden beams and is composed of three bedrooms. It can comfortably accommodate six/seven people surrounded by a suggestive and quiet aera, which is the island of Giudecca. The 85 square-metre apartment has 2 double-rooms, a twin-bedded room, a living room complete with sofa-bed, an equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a utility room with a washing machine, a safe, free TV and WIFI. Summary: We really liked our stay here. Adults, my teen, and my 7 yr old all enjoyed it. There are restaurants a short walk away. Also very easy walk to the local supermarket. We got water-bus tickets for our stay in Venice and used it to get to and from the core part of Venice - the bus stop is very close to this rental house. The starfish motif is very cute and well done. Checkin was easy. We arrived via the train station, then took the water bus to the house. Host was very nice, explained everything to us, and was gracious to hold our luggage early, and then also after our checkout (we checked out at 11, but didn't leave for the airport until 3). Highly recommend!

Summary: I would highly recommend staying here if you visit Venice. The property is located on the island of Giudecca and conveniently located near restaurants, shops, a grocery store, and the water taxi. Sure there are a lot of other places located in the heart of Venice but they are more expensive and in crowded foot traffic areas. The apartment is clean and could sleep up to six people. The check in process was smooth and easy. Cristina provided perfect directions on how to get to the apartment from the train station. Nino met our family as we exited the water taxi and walked us to the apartment where we met Cristina, who then helped us to acclimate to the apartment and the area. Highly recommended.

Summary: We just spent the last four nights in the most amazing apartment. It had lots of space for a family of 5-6, was very clean and beautifully decorated. It was also in a quieter place with small shops and bakeries a short walk away. It was also a short walk the water bus hitting all the major sites in a few minutes. We were very warmly welcomed right at the station. This place was excellent.

Summary: We have stayed in this apartment twice. First as 5 adults, then as two couples. We returned because of how very clean and comfortable it is and how well appointed The quiet island of Giudecca feels like home by now. We love sitting on a park bench beside the canal and watching boat traffic. Cristina is friendly, caring and communicates well in English. I am confident she would be there for us should a problem arise.

Summary: Perfect apartment for 2 couples! We stayed pre cruise and loved the location with easy access to the mainland but the quiet of Giudecca was so nice! Would recommend it in a heartbeat! Cristina was professional and friendly to deal with and answered any questions promptly. Tips: ACTV Vaporettos (water taxi) were so easy for transportation bought a 3 day pass online before getting to Venice and easily swapped it for the pass at the airport counter as well as a one way bus ticket to downtown Venice. Took it to Murano and Burano...very worthwhile day trip! The most picturesque little towns! We then purchased a one way ticket next door at the Hilton hotel to catch the water taxi (Aliguina company for €8) to the cruise port as the ACTV line didn’t go that direction.
