Welcome to Starbase, a tranquil waterfront home situated on a 10-acre lot on the Bay of Quinte.
Meticulously designed by architect Martin Liefhebber (2006), the exterior spaces were reinvented in 2021 by architect Brian O’Brian. A brand new professional pickleball half basketball court was added in 2023. This private 2000 sq ft home is spacious and ideally suited for gathering with family and friends.

This home has six outdoor areas:
1. rooftop patio perfect for enjoying the sunset or stargazing
2. barbecue patio in the back for alfresco cooking
3. waterfront deck with dock for swimming, fishing, bird-watching (dock available only from late April to early October)
4. dining pavilion with enough room for 10-12
5. cozy yet spacious fire pit area
6. professional pickleball half basketball court
Main Floor - kitchen, dining area, living area, along with the master bedroom
The 2nd floor - two bedrooms, each with a full 3-piece ensuite bathroom, a spacious breezeway, and access to the rooftop deck.

- 2 adult lifejackets and 2 kids (4-6 years) life jacket
- Assorted beach toys, soccer ball and goals, badminton rackets, pickleball and basketball equipments

Summary: Everything about my family trip to Starbase was fantastic. The house itself is spacious inside with a modern design for a waterfront property, and it has so many outdoor spaces to enjoy. The location on the water made it great for swimming and other activities too. Definitely a highlight of our summer and would highly recommend!

Summary: We had a great stay on the Bay of Quinte. The house was very comfortable, roomy and clean. The property was large with water access and lots of water activities including canoeing, kayaking and fishing. Overall, we all had a great time!
