Negative: - Our room smelled moldy. - It is quite far from the city, if you dont rent a scooter you have no chance. A car to Dumaguete is 800, tuk-tuk is 500. On our last day we found out there is a bus you can take and that is 50 p.

Positive: The staff were the highlight of the stay, all of them are an absolute delight and always happy to help. The view is stunning and the resort itself is well built and aesthetically pleasing inside and out.

Negative: The driveway entering is awaiting maintenance and is extremely difficult to climb up as the front part is loose with rocks and gravel and can cause potential vehicle damage. Beware when planning to access the resort with your car, you need a capable vehicle for this kind of road condition. (the driveway is waiting for maintenance apparently).

Positive: We booked all four rooms so had the property to ourselves. The rooms were huge, clean and well appointed with modern quiet aircon, large family bathroom & comfortable beds. Lunch/dinner was exceptional, staff couldn’t do enough for us. Swimming pool was clean and warm.

Negative: Check the location is suitable for you, ideally you would need a hire car but it is along the main highway so transport is ok. The location makes it very relaxed.

Summary: Relaxing alternative to usual hotels, nice views, quiet, lovely staff and exceptional ood
