Positive: The hotel is great value - lovely rooms, very clean, feels recently refurbished. Excellent location a few mins walk from the Arc de Triomphe. Staff are very friendly. We’ve stayed in a couple of awful hotels in Paris so we’re delighted to find this hotel and would certainly stay here again.
Negative: The free standing shower made the bathroom floor very wet. We used a couple of towels and a bath robe to dry the floor! A larger double with a shower in the bath was definitely better.
Summary: A great hotel, clean and modern in an excellent central location.

Positive: Location is perfect, stones throw from Arc de Triumph. Room very well kept and bed extremely comfortable
Negative: The pool is not worth paying €20 per person for. It is very small (not really suitable for more than 4 people), gets reasonably busy which is quite awkward given its size when multiple people use it. It was also not berh clean. Around the rim of the pool, there was black mould/a build up of black dirt. Very unappealing. The TV in our room also did not have any working British channels, they were all poor satelite signal, yet all other channels including foreign channels worked fine. Could have been a problem with our room only. Not a major issue as not used much, but slightly annoying.
Summary: Perfect location
