Positive: The house has been immaculately refurbished, an ensuite and shower in each of the upstairs bedrooms and another toilet with shower downstairs. There is a clean outdoor eating area where we made great use of in the unexpectedly fine weather.

Negative: As always, we find the requirement to be gone by 10:00 a.m. very difficult when on holidays and with children. Yes, we could pay an extra £10 for an extra hour but considering one can only occupy the property from 3:00 p.m. it seems, to use at least, unreasonably early to ''check out'

Negative: The only thing that would of been good our friend group of 8,would of been a bigger sofa as it comfortably fitted 4.but understand that its difficult with fitting that in the livingroom.

Positive: Excellent place to stay. Spacious, clean, luxurious, kind touches like teas, milk and cereal provided. Hosts were really responsive and proactive. About 10 minutes walk from the centre. Would recommend!

Negative: The need to provide ID and a deposit felt a little unclear upon booking, but they seemed reasonable with it once sent.

Positive: We loved this house for a group of 5 of us to gave a reunion - 50 years since we first met! It's amazingly comfortable and quiet as well as being beautifully well equipped No parking but an excellent bus service into the centre 2 minutes away. We easily walked into town and all around Reading eg to the Museum and to the Hong Kong Tea barge - both highly recommended We had a problem with an internal lock and the agents sent someone to repair it immediately and all was solved in less than an hour. Fantastic service.

Negative: Nothing. Everything was just right. Oh - some slightly softer lighting maybe?

Positive: Loved the property! It was very modern and conveniently close to town. The staff were extremely helpful, especially when it came to extending my check out time and being easy to get a hold of whenever I needed assistance. Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely recommend it!
