Positive: We loved this house for a group of 5 of us to gave a reunion - 50 years since we first met! It's amazingly comfortable and quiet as well as being beautifully well equipped No parking but an excellent bus service into the centre 2 minutes away. We easily walked into town and all around Reading eg to the Museum and to the Hong Kong Tea barge - both highly recommended We had a problem with an internal lock and the agents sent someone to repair it immediately and all was solved in less than an hour. Fantastic service.

Negative: Nothing. Everything was just right. Oh - some slightly softer lighting maybe?

Positive: The property was clean and well equipped, it was decorated and furnished to a high spec, bedrooms were a good size, 2 with ensuites and another 2 bathrooms in the house. The living area was large and comfortable enough to relax and spend time indoors.

Positive: Loved the property! It was very modern and conveniently close to town. The staff were extremely helpful, especially when it came to extending my check out time and being easy to get a hold of whenever I needed assistance. Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely recommend it!

Positive: Appreciated the biscuits and sweets etc that were laid on. Nice touch.

Negative: The parking information is out of date. There is no Battle Street car park any more, this information needs to be removed from the listing.I spent a long time trying to find the best parking as there is none at the property itself. Would advise people to use yourparkingspace.co.uk and the "Bond House" location. Not only is it the closest parking (very close by), it is secure and well lit, and very cost effective compared to the other two options currently listed with this property. Just a short walk back from the car park to the property.

Summary: Exellent property and whilst no parking outside the house(resident permit only), good option exists.
