Positive: The accommodation is a house with a private entrance and, in addition to the ground floor, two more floors, which the children absolutely loved. There is a balcony on the first floor. Bathrooms are available on both the ground floor and the first floor. The house is located on the edge of a small village, next to a forest, in a very peaceful setting. It has everything you need. We were also welcomed with a generous welcome package containing homemade local products and essential information (Wi-Fi password, etc.).

Negative: The check-in and check-out process takes place at the tourist office in the town of Ovaro, which is about a 5-minute drive from the accommodation. It is necessary to consider their working hours. The staff is very friendly, and it is possible to arrange key delivery, check-in, check-out, key return, etc., if you arrive or depart outside of their working hours. The house is cold, which could be an issue in winter. Before our last night, we asked the tourist office if they could increase the temperature, but I don’t think there was any improvement. Maybe we should have asked again.

Positive: Location, well-equipped, supportive back office.

Negative: We had some difficulties regarding the heating at the beginning, but it was fixed then.

Summary: Overall good. We went for skiing there, Ravascletto is less than 10 minutes from the apartment.
