THE NORTH TOWER RESORT POOL:
✔ Hours are 9:00a - 10:00p (EST) and open during select months of the year. You will be charged a $200.00 replacement fee if the key fob provided is lost or not returned.
PARKING:
✔ Vehicles must be parked in either our 2-car garage or dedicated driveway only. Parking on the street or a neighbors driveway can subject your vehicle to being towed at your expense. If overflow parking is needed, you can use the Barefoot Resort clubhouse parking lot.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
✔ The use of grills, fire pits, or any other fire-related product are strictly prohibited on any of the outdoor porches and decks.
✔ Pets are not permitted. Unapproved pets will result in a $500.00 fine and call for immediate eviction. If you plan on sneaking in a pet, do not book.
✔ No parties are permitted.
✔ No smoking or vaping is permitted on the premises.
✔ Minimum age requirement to book is 25+
SECURITY:
✔ Exterior camera devices are installed
✔ Our home is located within the gated Dye Estates section within Barefoot Resort. There is a gated entrance to access our home, which is staffed 24/7.
✔ Noise detection devices and Ring doorbell camera are installed to ensure our home and surrounding neighbors are respected, to confirm accuracy of guest count, and verify there are no unapproved pets in the home.
✔ Quiet hours are to be observed from 10:00p (EST) through sunrise.

2.) Do not park on the street or in neighbors driveways. Use the dedicated driveway and garage ONLY. Failure to do so could result in your vehicle(s) being towed at your expense.
3.) Motorcycles, golf carts, boat trailers, boats, campers, motor homes, and tractors are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
4.) As per HOA policy, the use of grills, fire pits, or any other fire related item are strictly prohibited from use on any of the outdoor patios and decks.
5.) The key fob to access the North Tower Pool must be returned. There is a $200 replacement fee if the key fob is lost, stolen, or damaged.
6.) There are full time residents living in the neighborhood. Quiet hours MUST be observed starting at 10:00p (EST). Failure to abide could result in an immediate eviction.
