Negative: We loved our stay there wasn't anything that we didn't like. But I did find the number of messages we received to be quite alot and when your busy that level of communication can feel abit overwhelming.

Positive: A very warm and comfortable stay. Great to be able to walk from the cottage for the doggie. It was very clean and peaceful. The beds and black out blinds were wonderful. The shower met expectations. Parking was a great plus too.

Negative: The TV didn’t link to the Internet so we could access apps, the dishwasher didn’t work, there were a lot of rules and no welcome gift (for humans of furry friends). The lack of welcome hospitality sounded loud as expectations were set that we could settle in when we arrived but the milk was UHT and despite the welcome pack outlining provisions for a dog (towel, blanket, bowl and treat), there were none. Don’t mention if you do not provide!!

Summary: Despite the negative aspects, we would return.
