Positive: Everything. Host was exceptionally friendly, even though, according to her, she'd been ripped off by booking.com. Location was excellent, with nice view of fruit garden. Size of room and bed were exceedingly comfortable.

Negative: Even though there was a luxury bidet, the toilet seat was a little small.

Summary: Host, location, room and price, all exceptional, in that order.

Positive: It was roomy, comfortable with lots of extras. It was lovely having fresh milk and a fridge. There was direct access to the garden and easy parking. Home cooked breakfast available too which was very good. Highly recommended and we would definitely make it our first choice for the area. Short walk to the local pub with excellent food was a bonus. Thank you

Positive: In a rural location, Stack Yard Cottage is clean, comfortable and homely. Jean is great, friendly and helpful, and prepared the room for me at very short notice when I made a late afternoon booking for the same day. Breakfast was delicious, and the secure parking is a bonus. The Pheasant pub is around a 15 minute walk away, good food and friendly staff.

Positive: Great breakfast, delightful host. The room is spacious and well presented. Friendly dogs greet you every time you come back.

Negative: No AC available, hot summer days might get quite stuffy. Subpar transport links - best when you have your own!

Positive: Everything was amazing and Jean the host was so warm and friendly and hospital. She only has the one double room so there was no noise and no one coming and going late at night. I loved the huge garden and the seclusion and breakfast was included. It was like breakfast at the Ritz every morning. Fridge and microwave in the room with a smart TV. Local pub 10 mins away and Uber also operate in the area. Was one of the best breaks ever.

Negative: Everything was perfect. She has been a host for all her life practically so no complaints from me.
