Summary: Lovely room and great location—everything was within easy walking distance without being too much in the middle of noise and busyness. Breakfast had lots of good options. Loved the balcony and warm bathroom floors.

Summary: The hotel is located in a convenient area, in the center of the old town. However, our room was situated in a separate building behind the reception, and we only encountered staff during check-in. There was no elevator; the staircase was very narrow and poorly lit, with the lights turning on only at the bottom. We had to use our mobile phones to navigate the stairs safely. Additionally, the bed linen was not fully clean, showing visible discoloration, and it did not adequately cover the bed, which made the room feel cold. Overall, the room did not match the description or photos advertised, and the hotel felt rather impersonal, similar to an Airbnb accommodation.

Summary: The location is just absolutely awesome and walking distance to the key spots in Old Town. There are a lot of eating out options around the hotel as well. Rooms are sufficiently clean though the interiors can be a bit a jarring in terms of lots of gold/other ostentatious fitments in the room (presumably to give a “palace” feel to us lesser mortals!!).
