Positive: Recently renovated rooms with a nice bathroom for a very fair price. They don't serve food but there is a few places to eat nearby. It's on the main street but there was no noise at night. Big public parking in the back.

Summary: A very nice and bright place in a rather dull and grey neighborhood.
