Summary: Property suited our needs, beds were comfy and generally had everything we needed. Would stay again although should feedback that the garden needed trimming back and tidying, upstairs there were weeds all around the area where table and chairs were so couldn’t really use it. We also had to wash up quite a few bits in the kitchen as they were unclean. That being said we loved staying there

Summary: Villa Cactus is a beautiful property in a fantastic location. My husband and I stayed for two weeks in July of 2022 and we loved it. The villa is freshly designed and sparkling clean with all the amenities one could need. The temperatures outside were very high at the time of our visit but the air conditioning throughout the villa kept us comfortable. The owner and her property management team were extremely communicative and helpful. As other reviewers have mentioned there are stairs to get up to the villa but this is in keeping with the hilly nature of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. We look forward to returning soon!

Summary: My husband and I stayed at this lovely property for a month. The communication with the owner was excellent as was the check in and check out process. The villa is as presented on the website. It is well equipped, has excellent and quiet appliances, air conditioning, and a comfortable bed. The owners have thought of everything visitors will need. The garden area is fabulous. We loved our stay and thank the owners for making this well-designed property available to others. Getting up to the property involves climbing quite a few stairs, more than perhaps we were anticipating. We are a healthy 80 and 70 year-old couple, and we managed well, but others might want to be aware. We hope to return in the future!

Summary: We stayed here for 2 weeks in September, the Villa was beautiful it had everything we needed and the location was perfect, close to all amenities and the lovely harbour and beaches of St Jean. Heike was a pleasure to deal with when booking and answering any questions we had, highly recommended.
