Positive: The room was clean and big the staff were friendly loved the coffee cafe

Negative: Don't like the smell of the seaweed made me fill sick could not use the beach don't like pools so we did not swim the food was warm not hot no entertainment

Positive: Fantastic. Amazing facilities, lovely food, kind staff, beautiful scenery, 10/10. We are here in the low season (July) so it's pretty quiet and not all the facilities are open, but it means there are no queues and nothing ever feels busy. The beaches are beautiful, the array of watersports is really generous, even though it's low season - the kids went kayaking and peddle boating, and Ken took us out on the Hobiecat a couple of times, which was a lot of fun. Pools are beautifully kept and a lovely temperature, and the kids particularly love the smoothies from the poolside bars. The buffet breakfasts and dinners are always high quality with good variation, then the a la carte lunches are things like nachos, sandwiches and fries, plus a salad buffet. All the staff are so kind and friendly, they really go out of their way to make you feel welcome, it's wonderful.

Positive: The location was great only 30 minutes from the airport, the staff was really the gold. They were extremely helpful when you needed them, Informative when you needed information.

Negative: It's supposed to be ALL INCLUSIVE yet you had to refill the waterbottles that were given to you upon arrival, the frig in my room only had that no sodas or beers like ant other resort I've stayed in. There was mad added taxes that I had to pay extra for that wasnt mentioned. 1 restaurant in particular you had to actually pay to eat in. When ever the rooms were cleaned the staff would either take your towels or wash cloths. And the main issue was the wifi. Once you got into your room the wifi completely stopped working. Which is a huge inconvenience. Some guests where there on business and couldn't even work in the privacy of their rooms. 1 other issue i had was that alot of the guests were extremely dirty. Leaving their towels dishes etc in all kinds of random places as if they had maids. They should place signs that tell ppl to clean up after themselves. I had a great time yet if the issues I just stated were upgraded and fixed I would go back.
