Summary: My first impression was very good but when my granddaughter looked under the bed she was stunned by the amount of rubbish and food rappings that I also witnessed also crumbs of food, dust and cobwebs. Cobwebs also on the ceiling and dust on the lamps. Extractor fan in the bathroom not working. Beds very uncomfortable could feel what felt like springs. Very disappointing as never had this experience before booking with hotels.com uk & Europe. Unfortunately unable to contact anyone to complain and to resolve.
