Positive: Customer service was excellent - all staff were friendly and helpful. Rose was our main server and she was just a delight, nothing was any trouble..

Negative: The cost of the hotel was above our budget but we were desperate to stay over in Iona and decided to go for it. We enjoyed our stay and the service was excellent.
