This tastefully decorated house has all you need for a comfortable, private stay while visiting St. Augustine. Kayla Place sits on a 13-acre equestrian property, Enchanted Horse Acres, a magical place for nature lovers. Beautiful and quiet country setting only 20 minutes from the hustle and bustle of historic St. Augustine and the white sands of Crescent Beach.
This is an ideal location between Orlando and Jacksonville with easy access to the freeway, only 45 minutes to Daytona Beach.
Kayla Place is 2,000 sf. It includes a large romantic suite with a canopy bed and a private renovated spa-like bathroom, and three additional bedrooms with a queen size bed, two single beds, and a twin size daybed with a twin trundle. A small children bed may also be available upon request.
Large kitchen with full size fridge/freezer, coffee maker, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher. A BBQ is also available. No washer/drier.
After a day visiting St. Augustine and the surrounding areas, relax on the screened porch or dip in the pool. Please note there are three vacation rentals on property and the pool is shared between them. Pool towels and toys are provided.
We are fortunate to be adjacent to the River-to-Sea bike loop, part of Florida's 300-mile rails to trails cycling loop. Feel free to borrow a bike and ride the six-mile paved path though the beauty of "Old Florida."

Summary: This house was on a quiet street. It has a great driveway which was fantastic for getting in and out with a boat. They also have a horse and pony on the property which the kids loved to see. Very charming place I will definitely come back here when I am in the area.

Summary: Location was perfect for our family to commute back and forth to ST Augustine during our stay. Plenty of room for 3 adults and 3 children. The kids loved seeing the horses daily and giving them carrots.

Summary: This house was perfect for our getaway weekend with family and friends! There was plenty of room for us to relax. The horses, pool, bikes, and bike trail were just bonus! The house was clean and had all of the basics.. If we are ever in the areas gain, we will definitely try to stay here. The owner provided lots of information about the area and property and answered all of our questions.

Summary: This was a beautiful country style home located in the country. Very beautiful and quite. St. Agustine Flagler Beach and Daytona Beach is all within driving distance. Great location for a beach getaway or just to relax out by the pool. We had a great time and looking forward to another trip.

Summary: Great place, well decorated, lovely pool and screened in deck overlooking it. Very comfortable. Just loved the whole experience there. We were there to bicycle and you couldn’t be in a better location. Right on a major bike trail with easy access to loop rides through farm land and along the St Johns River. Highest recommendation for bicylers like us!
