Positive: The location is quite good. Easy to find. The bed is cosy and big. The area is so gren and quiet. Nice place to escape noise

Negative: The room is abit stuffy. Curtains are hideous. The bfast is too basic. Its really not worth the value honestly.

Positive: Owner, manager and staff are super friendly and accommodating, that is why I came back, hospitality of it´s best. Beautiful garden, pond and trees with rare big birds, they sound! So close to the Hub Karen for eating, shopping or just hanging out.

Negative: The bathrooms need some renovation. Mine had a falling apart faucet, the bath tub drain was blocked, had to ask to put the boiler on a higher level as the solar pipes did not get much sun these days.

Positive: Breakfast had lots of choice, provided early at my request. Room was clean, spacious, very comfortable bed! Outside seating area next to lake was really special. Staff were all super helpful.

Positive: Fantastic stay! The hospitality and staff are unrivaled with their commitment to going above and beyond for their guests, always with a warm smile. The location is very close to local restaurants, malls, and tourist attractions so it is a brilliant place to base yourself in Nairobi.
