Positive: We loved the location and the pool - the gardens were stunning and it has a really peaceful feel in a busy city. The staff were amazing and friendly - they were brilliant about our late check in and early check out and provided delicious food and cocktails. We were upgraded after our first night, free of charge, and both rooms were lovely!

Positive: The property was beautiful and the staff was amazing. It was a beautiful oasis to relax in, after an action packed few days on safari. I would definitely come back! There are however a few minor issues with cleanliness, there are fingerprints round light switches and on the walls which aren’t typically seen in lodgings of that caliber. It does give a bit of the ick to see that.

Negative: For the love of all that is Holy add a door to the room with the open concept bathroom. It’s an otherwise perfect room and we appreciated it very much but for the price of the room, add a door.

Summary: Beautiful oasis of peace and quiet with the best staff in Nairobi!
