Spry One has a Weather Wall Screened porch entry off your private deck to enjoy the outdoors in a vaulted ceiling with skylights and whitewashed pine wood ceiling and walls. The 11' high ceiling you enter into gives the living, dining and kitchen an open spacious feel and is highlighted by tall windows overlooking the water 100 feet away. Looking out on the south side of the building towards the waters of the Northumberland Strait it is easy in and out to the parking area and the privacy that an end unit provides. High end finish on the kitchen with quartz counter tops, induction range, French door refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, and mixer to enjoy cooking int your well equipped kitchen.
