Summary: The house is super close to CDP and made bouncing back and forth quick and easy. The right turn into the park added to that while watching cars a mile backed up trying to make the left and turn from the other direction. We had 4 sets of parents and a few kids and honestly could have had 1-2 more families with all of the bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces. We could put the kids in the game room, close the door and have adult time. The house was well equipped to cook and had lots of extras like spices, dish soap, soap/shampoo in every bathroom. Would 100% recommend the house.

Summary: We had the best time at the Spruce Hill house. We had 4 families in the house and we had plenty of room. The house is 1.2 miles from Dreamspark and a 10 minute drive to Cooperstown. The Union Grant grocery store is close by.
