Positive: Excellently furnished, comfortable rooms in a tastefully decorated period house in a wonderful small town near the coast. The owner was friendly and helpful throughout. Would highly recommend for the coast or South Downs. Even with a room at the front of the hotel, it was quiet all night and into the morning.

Negative: Parking was tight, with few spaces, but we managed OK (and this isn't something the owners could change in any case!).

Positive: Our room was beautifully furnished and very elegant. The whole house was being dressed for Christmas and it just felt and looked warm and wecoming, like coming home but better.
