Outside, the landscaped backyard features a spacious deck with dining table, lounge seating, and BBQ, and a firepit seating area. The heated pool is available through 9/30. Contemporary house fully renovated and recently furnished. New, comfortable furniture throughout the house with cozy sitting areas in each room.
Living room features a sofa with a full pull-out bed, stocked bookshelf and television for relaxing time at home.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances for cooking and entertainment.
The sunroom has seating for eight or more guests and direct access to the backyard deck.
Outside, the rear deck has ample space for guests to dine outside at a table for eight, plus lounge seating, and a propane BBQ. Enjoy amazing, tree lined sunsets from the deck!
In the backyard, there is a new, heated 32x16 pool which is great for families and small groups before or after the beach. The grassy yard is an ideal setting for outdoor games and features a firepit seating area for s'mores.
