Positive: Upon checkin we were told that there was only one reservation. I was told that they could not fix that I had to call Booking.com. There was no number listed to call. I did reach out by message on the Booking site, only to be told they would contact me the next day. I was told there were only two Queen suites left available. The male that worked at the front desk was not helpful at all. We had to pay out of pocket for the second room, which was later determined that the staff at Springhill did not look well. The second room was booked under her last name, Thomas. Even when I showed the confirmation number from Booking, they did not give us the prepaid room.

Negative: Stayed at this hotel several times. However this stay was not good. The room was not clean upon arrival, maintenance was needed and towels need upgrading.

Positive: The location is great. Very convenient. I didn’t partake in the breakfast but the option is a great benefit.

Negative: The air conditioning created a musty smell and the bathroom & flooring needs deep cleaning
