Positive: The staff were exceptionally friendly and the hotel is modern/clean. The wifi worked great all the time. I thought the bed and shower were quite good as well.

Negative: The cost was quite high - maybe it was due to an event because the hotel was basically sold out. Even so, it never felt crowded or unattended by the staff on site. They were great!

Negative: Breakfast was ok, but it'd be nice to have more variety. Same thing every day was disappointing.

Positive: The hotel has good options for purchase with snacks and adult beverages, breakfast was good, the kids loved the pool. There were big groups from sporting events and the staff allowed a little extra time for breakfast for those who were not part of the group which I felt was very thoughtful.

Positive: Excellent breakfast, except last day. There were 3 bus loads of soccer kids, did not get breakfast. Could possibly come up with something different for those situations.

Positive: Our room was just right in size, configuration and amenities. We requested a first floor room and were accommodated. Proximity to the airport and a free shuttle if needed were pluses. We left too early to try the breakfast, but we will do so next time.
