Bright and cheerful waterfront. Cozy and romantic. The water is literally 15' from the front of the house with 120' of frontage. We provide 2 kayaks for your use at no additional cost & DIY breakfast is included! There are restaurants, bakeries and shops nearby if you want to explore but this is primarily a place to relax, unplug, enjoy nature.
There is a cozy living room with electric fireplace. The bathroom has a jacuzzi tub for two. There is a fire pit outside with adirondak chairs to sit under the stars. All of these are sure to make a romantic getaway even better!
The fabulous former owner decorated the place with a very sweet shabby chic vibe and it's full of love. It is super comfortable and very romantic. There are beautiful views of the water from almost every window in the house and there is no one across the water from you so it's very private. There are two bedrooms and sleeps 4 comfortably.
You will have the whole house, balcony, yard, fire pit and dock to yourselves.
Important items to note:
Because this home is in a rural setting there are bugs and wildlife around. We do our very best to keep the bugs out of the home but you may see lady bugs in some areas especially near windows. They are harmless but do like to be warm. There may occasionally be a spider or two and as much as we vacuum the webs, they are very quick to make new ones (especially on the deck)! You may see wildlife on the property too. It's best to keep away and please do not feed them.
If there is anything that you need that you don't see, do not hesitate to reach out. I'd love to do whatever I can to make sure stay even better!

Summary: Me and my family had a pleasant experience at Anna’s house we had everything we could have needed she went the extra mile to make sure she thought of everything. She answered me right away if I needed something. The house was so cute and well put together me and my husband stayed in the master bedroom and it had an adjustable bed which made it comfortable for how me and my husband sleep. It was so beautiful waking up in the morning to the view of the lake. We will definitely be staying with her again in the future! This property comes highly recomended!!!!!!

Summary: Beautiful home and terrific hostess! Everything about our stay was amazing. Anna is very responsive to messages and is super helpful. The house is so cozy and decorated beautifully. Nice wrap around porch with plenty of seating to enjoy the outdoors. Anna thinks of everything and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. All the extra touches were much appreciated....pastry, syrup, pancake mix, eggs, coffee creamer in the fridge along with fruit and assorted goodies on the counter. And coffee, too. The property is so pretty and the location is great. On the water with a nice deck on a very quiet street. It feels more like being in the country. Nice firepit which we enjoyed also.I can not say enough good things about the house, property or Anna. I would book this property a thousand times over. Thank you, Anna, for an incredible experience. It was perfect!

Summary: Anna was amazing to work with! She was very responsive and helpful. Her property was immaculate, and stocked with snacks and drinks. The riverside location was ideal, and we used the patio to enjoy a coffee and tea at the end of our day. Truly one of the best places I have stayed. I would recommend this location and host to anyone and everyone!

Summary: My son was getting married in Hooksett NH and the cottage was about 7 miles from the venue. It was a little bit of heaven rught on the water, my husband fished, Kayaked and we relaxed. Anna was an amazing host from the bookingvto checking out. I would recommend this place over and over again.

Summary: Beautiful location right on the river! Took a lovely paddle in one of the kayaks! Anna even provided coffee and breakfast food (including fresh eggs)! Anna communicated about everything ahead of time and was available via text for questions - very responsive! Highly recommend this VRBO for a wonderful get away within minutes from Manchester!!
