Positive: The fitness was okay but no items to clean equipment. Pool was nice but lock on door didn't work. Had to wait to exit.

Negative: There was no refresh on the 3rd day. No fresh towels daily. Continental breakfast. No emptying of garbage. No city view. Desk staff good but housekeeping unresponsive.
