Positive: Everything was excellent from the moment of checking in. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, even giving her name and schedule. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast area was clean and had a variety of choices.

Negative: No changes needed.

Positive: We loved just about everything at this place. The beds were extremely comfortable!

Negative: Though the location is great, it also isn’t. With it being across the street from a busy hospital, it could get loud at night when ambulances went by. Unfortunately I can’t say much more than this. We arrived around 9pm and checked out close to 530am. We had to be at the hospital across the street for our son’s surgery by 6am so we didn’t experience the breakfast or really anything other than sleeping.

Positive: The breakfast was fabulous and the bed was super comfy.

Negative: A little more clarity that the sofa sleeper is in the same room. A portion does not muffle the snorer on the sofa bed.
