Negative: No daily room service is not ideal. Way overpriced for the room we stayed in. The room had a slight smell and my son got stung by something in the room and his arm is swollen

Positive: The staff that I experienced was friendly and welcoming. It was quite at night. Love having AC that I could control.

Negative: When I checked in, the front desk person and I agreed to having cleaning room service 2 days of my 4 day stay. It never got done. Also, the breakfast, was ok. It wasn't near as good as it was when I stayed there 2 years ago.

Negative: Only one thing that I didn't like. The TV was positioned at a 45-degree angle rather than directly in front of the bed, making it difficult to watch while lying down.
