Summary: The room was okay. I do feel feel like deeper cleaning could have been done. Also one of our remotes didn’t work; the tv kept having a title slide across the screen too. Overall I like the view from the room.

Summary: We stayed here and had a great experience. The only con I would say was not once did housekeeping come by to check on us. By the end of the stay we ended up with a big pile of trash.

Summary: The outdoor pool was closed We had a rude lady in the breakfast area that was very rude to my 17 year old autistic daughter Also the door wouldn’t shut all the way leading to the beach and a homeless guy came in and took things from the breakfast area that’s right across from guest services and no one said a thing

Summary: Anything marked by its consistency and reliability for delivering on expectations needs widespread recognition. All rooms face the ocean and are spacious and clean with no frills but all the necessities. Location is good if you want easy access to shops and restaurants but do not want to be in the thick of it. The staff (housekeeping, front desk, breakfast hosts, facilities, etc.) are professional and friendly. They genuinely appear happy all the time. Breakfast is one of the best we have experienced in the US. Gym and pool are satisfactory. Parking is convenient--access to multi-level garage from lobby. This is our second stay within the past two months. We plan on making this our go-to place when we visit family in the area. I am a native to this city and have stayed in nearly every highly rated hotel at the beach over the past three decades.

Summary: Very nice hotel- really good breakfast . Accessible to beach and shopping/dining on Atlantic Ave. outside patio was nice and offered outside eating opportunity. The 4 on cleanliness was due to patio area needing some attention; the room was very clean.
