Positive: The location worked well for us. The location of the room was nice, quiet and near end of hall. Room was clean. Bed was comfy.

Negative: There was little to no hot water. The sink was clogged and backed up. I broke/fractured a toe on the wrought iron legs of the desk chair. Many other hotels offer a free breakfast. Bathroom was tiny and poorly lit.

Summary: The hotel suited our needs for one night, but it would not be our first choice again.

Negative: the rooms were not the cleanest. there was a big statue in front of my oceanfront room that blocked the view.

Summary: I'm glad it was a sale on the room & I honestly wouldn't stay there again.
