Positive: Room was perfect for a family of 5. All three kids were able to have their own bed. The couch was able to be used as 2 separate beds.

Negative: Our room was not ready even though our confirmation said it was at 3 pm.we had to sit in the car, she dudnt offer to hold our luggage or have us wait in the lobby or pool area.

Negative: My fault for expecting the Spa to be a Hot Tub. The water temp was really turned down so could not enjoy it or the pool in the evenings. That was one of the reasons for selecting your hotel.

Summary: Next visit I would look for accommodations with a Hot tub with temp 100 or above and warm pool.
