Summary: Check in staff (evening shift) had to finish their own conversation before helping me, they were complaining about other customers directly and loudly within countertop distance of me. Night shift was rude when I asked nicely if they had anymore cold water because fridge hadn’t been restocked. Day shift check out individual was extremely cheerful and helpful and kind

Summary: Very roomy family-friendly suites with split bathroom. Separate bathtub/shower with well-lit sink/spacious counter; then a toilet room with equally spacious counter/sink made showers and getting ready in very timely manner. Couch and desk area very roomy also.

Summary: We had a large room (suite?) that would have fit six if we used the pull out. It was soooo roomy and the BEST was a separate room for the toilet. What?!? That was awesome- toilet and sink in one room, shower and sink in another. I’ve not seen that before and it was great! Staff was great and the breakfast was really good for a buffet style. Coffee was good and the hotel was really clean - all around def 5 stars. Esp in today’s mediocre hotel status!

Summary: We are local and this is our go to hotel. We go there to seek shelter in severe weather. The way they handled the tornado warnings and everything going straight for us is amazing. They were understanding of the scared kids.

Summary: Room was very clean. Great accomodations for a larger family like mine (2 adults, 4 kids, 2 under 2). We also had enough to set up the bassinet and move freely about. Beds were comfortable. Liked the full size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash on the wall. Really good for forgetful people like myself. The kids love the pool. We stayed to ride out a storm with strong tornado potential and was happy to find they have a firm plan if one was to hit. Definitely staying there again!
