Positive: When we first checked in, there were 2 agents at the desk. I think it was Thomas and Kaiya (sorry if I misspelled it). They were absolutely awesome. They helped us not only with our room but where to eat etc. That made our check in to the hotel experience an awesome one!!!

Negative: The morning of check out, I went to the counter and asked the agent that I need a trolly to bring down all our luggage. She said to check by the front door. I looked there were none. When I told her that none were available there, she said that I need to go each floor and look for a trolly. She said she can't go look for them. Then, when checking out, another agent ask me to pay. I said, it should be already be paid for. She said its not and we tried to pay but the system keep rejecting it. Then another gentlemen next to the agent came to help. He asked if I could use another card, something wrong this card. At this point, I felt we are heading towards the wrong direction. So, I checked my email and found the reservation and showed to them that it is paid for. So then the gentleman agent double checked and said, oh yea, it is paid for. That is terrible!!!!

Summary: Check out was a nightmare. Trying to charge second time when I already paid for the reservation.

Negative: Parking garage was odd but worked. Didn’t like driving down into parking

Positive: The room and public areas were nice and clean. The room was quiet, spacious and functional. The breakfast had a large selection and the food was tasty. There was parking on site and was inexpensive. The hotel is centrally located giving easy access to the plaza area. It was a great deal!

Negative: The HVAC system was a little weird and would cool the place rapidly but then let the room get quite warm before cooling down again. The hotel is located near the plaza but a bit off the beaten path.

Summary: A nice place to stay and a great deal!
