Positive: Loved the separate shower room and commode room. The beds were very comfortable and the room was well appointed.

Negative: The hotel had rented the lobby for a birthday party and it was incredibly loud. Unsupervised children were racing up and down the halls screaming at 9:30 pm. When I called to complain no one picked up at the reception desk. I had to get out of bed and go into the hall to yell at the kids and a big sister came along and helped get them back to the lobby. Meanwhile their partying parents were all in the lobby carrying on so loudly that they likely didn't even know the kids were cretaing havoc in the halways. I question the choice of renting to a large group of loud people so close to the rooms. I was in the first room near the lobby. I have no idea whehter these were people staying in the hotel or whether they were just throwing a party. If it is the latter, it is not really fair to the guests who are paying a not insignificant sum for a room to relax in and sleep.

Summary: Except for the loud party in the lobby it was a lovely stay.
