Summary: pool was closed which we were notified about ahead of time however there was never anyone actually working on the pool so it being closed was pretty pointless, breakfast was mediocre.

Summary: The people managing the breakfast area seemed less than pleasant. The shower was in bad shape, peeling paint and rust with water damage to the ceiling. Good for a night.

Summary: Check in was quick and easy. Room appeared clean and was very spacious. The issues: The pool was closed. No advanced notice was found. That is one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. The ceiling had a leak crack that had not been repaired, possibly from a leak from an above floor. The body wash container in the bathroom was empty. There were no sheets, pillow case or blanket for the pull out bed. The internet service in the lobby was not operational. The breakfast was adequate but what appeared to be a set up for a hot entre never materialized. It was just an overall lack of "detail"

Summary: First 2 nights we had to park two hotels away. In 4 nights not once did someone enter our room to check trash, replace towels, etc. Breakfast was sporadic. 2 days they had cream cheese, 3 days they had waffles. The hot water/coffee available all day wasn’t. We got towels from a service cart in the hallway.

Summary: The room was clean and nice. We were disappointed with the breakfast situation, it was very disorganized and we needed to ask for items as nothing was refilled.

Summary: Spoke to staff before our stay who ensured us we could have rooms next to each other. This is the reason we chose this hotel. When we got there our rooms were on the 2nd and 5th floor and we were not accommodated with other rooms near each other.

Summary: Great location for travel, comfortable big room, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast was great

Summary: Our first room had bugs on the carpet and a yellow stain on the matress, we quickly told the front desk staff and they changed our room. Once we were put in a different room we didnt notice any problems. The pool was unfortunately closed and at breakfast there were no forks and the sausage was still cold. Although our stay was underwhelming, the front desk staff was friendly and attentive to any questions we had.
