Positive: The staff were all very nice and accommodating. The rooms were nice, very clean and the bed was comfortable. We did not have breakfast as we left too early every morning. The location was very close to the Kirklin Clinic/UAB where we had multiple appointments that spanned 3 days. We were within walking distance to both.

Negative: We have stayed at Springhill Suites multiple times and on two of those occasions the elevator/s were not working correctly. During our first stay, only one of the elevators worked, but during this last stay neither elevator worked. Thankfully, we were only on the second floor so walking up/down the stairs were not too bad. But I really felt bad for the guests staying on higher floors. Employees were having to take the guests' luggage to their rooms for them.

Summary: Overall, the stay was pleasant except the broken elevators.

Positive: Loved the area, many things within walking distance. All the staff were awesome. Front desk supervisor Taquai was great helping us with parking and directions
