Positive: It was clean and the beds were really comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped.

Negative: Only enough comfortable seats for 3 people. There was a knack to the lock on the front door and bathroom.

Positive: The house was okay for the price and location. The beds were clean and comfy.

Negative: The garden is a mess, over grow with cigarette ends and rubbish all over it. The smell of the property was questionable, it smelt stale and musty. The dishes and cutlery needed another wash as they were still dirty. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well.

Positive: rooms were spacious and the house was warm and clean.

Negative: The bare minimum was provided - no bin, no washing up liquid, no shampoo/soap, only 1 toilet roll. very messy garden.

Summary: Did the job but could definitely do with some TLC and the provision of basic necessities (bin, soap, shampoo etc).
