Positive: Amazing guest house. Loved every minute of our time there. Hosts couldn't do enough for us. Room was immaculate, bed so comfy, facilities brilliant and breakfast was unreal! Location is excellent too.

Negative: Nothing!!! Cannot fault the place or the fab hosts. My mum and I had a fab stay and we can't wait to return.

Positive: The room was spotless and luxurious. The complimentary drinks and snacks were appreciated. Our host was welcoming, friendly and happy to tell us more about Harrogate its history. The breakfast was perfect, with a good range of options, two courses including home made bread and a fantastic Full English. We could not fault our stay and will be recommending it to friends and family.

Positive: The breakfast was absolutely superb and excellent value for money. Caroline and Nigel were perfect hosts and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Our room was clean, comfortable, spacious and had everything we required.

Summary: This is a beautiful house to stay in with excellent hosts. We would definitely stay here again.
