Positive: Great location, we stayed at Acorn Lodge while exhibiting at the Yorkshire Show which is only a 10 minute drive away. Lots of rooms, bathrooms, plenty of space and so close to where we needed to go. A big ASDA only 3 minute drive away made life even easier. Everything we needed was provided including hangers and a hairdryer in the bedroom.

Positive: We have just returned from a perfect hen do weekend. The house is stunning and ideal for a large group of 11 with everything you could possibly need. Parking was a real bonus. We arrived to a lovely welcome hamper and the house was spotless 🤩 Karen's communication was excellent throughout and nothing was too much trouble. The perfect host, thank you! The property is in an ideal location and only a short walk into Harrogate to a lovely park, great bars and restaurants. All the bedrooms are en suite with very comfy beds. All rooms were beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. Desperately thinking of an occasion to return, thank you from all of us for a fabulous weekend 🤗 x

Positive: I stayed at Acorn Lodge as a group of 10 for a hen do, it exceeded all of our expectations. Throughout Karen’s communication was excellent, the welcome hamper was very generous. The house was clean and comfortable and we all enjoyed the stay. The location was perfect, just a 10 minute walk into Harrogate where we enjoyed Betty’s and The Ivy. Thank you so much Karen, if I travel in a large group again this is where I’d stay.

Positive: Immaculately presented, very comfortable, spacious and in brilliant location. Having onsite parking for three cars is a big plus. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch.

Positive: This is a stunning property in an ideal location. My extended family of 10 spent a wonderful two weeks here as we explored Harrogate, the Yorkshire Dales, the North York Moors, and York and Leeds. The spacious house is very comfortably furnished and looks exactly as shown in the pictures. The neighborhood is quiet and great for walking. There is an ASDA grocery store about a 7-minute walk away, and the town is about a 10-minute walk. There is comfortable seating in both the living room and the dining room. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, which we did almost daily for breakfast and dinner. We washed clothes almost daily with no problems. The host is easily accessible on-site and is very responsive to questions or problems. When the coffee maker stopped working, she provided another one the same morning. We had mostly nice weather so we also enjoyed the picnic table outside. We hope to come back soon.

Positive: very comfy beds, lovely welcome and a lovely welcome hamper. Thank you for all the attention to details. LOVED the location - especially for the convention centre!

Negative: umm - not really sure. nothing to say really - would be useful to know what sort of things will be in the hamper, as we could have ordered a little less food
