Positive: I really appreciated the flexibility on letting my girlfriend and I return late from a social outing. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and our room was comfortable and relaxing.

Negative: It would have been nice to be able to order food at more flexible hours, and the hotel was a sizeable walk away from the town centre, which made trips in a bit cumbersome, especially in the rain.

Summary: We had a lovely time overall, and would recommend the hotel.

Positive: Scored the bridal suite, lovely large room with a bath in a bay window! Also bathroom with two sinks and modern shower, excellent dining, nice staff, off street parking, older place but recently restored and it was great.

Positive: The breakfast was freshly cooked. The staff worked very hard for their guests and were happy to help with any requests. The bedding was good quality along with the towels. It was clean and comfortable the lounge and bar areas had good seating to just sit and relax. The hotels situation felt secure and welcoming.

Negative: Everything was perfect except for a gurgling noise from the toilet which we reported
