Located within Alta Mesa, the gated community
of Desert Springs is a favorite destination for many visitors. This two-story 1800 square foot condo has it all! Every amenity and comfort of home is provided for your complete vacation experience in this exceptionally clean well-managed property. The condo is tastefully decorated with tile, wood floors, painted accent walls.
The family room has a Smart TV and DVD player. Wireless internet is provided. The open bright kitchen features an eat-in dining area, appliances, cookware, utensils and dishes you will need. A charming powder room is located near the living area for use by occupants as well as guests.
The master bedroom with a California King bed, Smart TV, and armoire. The condo has windows that look out over your own private back yard. The master bath with shower, large soaking tub, lots of counter space. There is a total of 3 bedrooms. Master and 2nd bedroom have a Smart TV. Also a huge sectional in loft that people could sleep on. This is an open loft.
There is a darling little private back yard with grill and patio with sitting area.
There is a community pool/hot tub (HEATED) about 100 yards aways from condo. Also, a city park (walking distance) a block away that provides basketball courts and a great play ground, and a fitness area.
Nearby you can enjoy hiking and mountain biking in Usery Mountain Park as well as in the world renowned Superstition Mountains. Canyon and Apache Lake are a short drive away through breathtaking desert terrain. Canyon Lake's 'Dolly' is available for a fun ride through the canyons of the lake. And Tortilla Flat is a must stop for a great lunch in a one-of-a-kind rustic setting. For a change of pace, the cool pines and mountain lakes of the high country are an easy, scenic 90 minute drive away.

Summary: The property was wonderful. Met all our needs - 2 full bathrooms on 2nd floor and one 1/2 bath on 1st floor. Robin was an excellent host. Welcomed me with fresh flowers and treats! If I needed anything, she responded quickly. The pool area is steps way - nice pool and refreshing hot tub. I would highly recommend this property!

Summary: Enjoyed our stay at this property. Robin was very responsive to any issue that came up and checked in periodically. The location was wonderful - close to the 202 and 101. There are many restaurants within walking distance or a short drive.

Summary: Our stay at unit 109 was relaxing with room to spare. The street behind the unit was busy but due to the separating wall not a problem. The weather was great with sunshine on all but one day of rain. We are still waiting for our return deposit and have talked to the owner who said she gave us 5 stars and turned it into VRBO. We left eleven days ago and would like our refund.
