Positive: The back yard & house were beautiful & would definitely stay here again. Will recommend to friends & family, would be great rental for anyone!!

Negative: The TV was not working properly Saturday evening thru Sunday & we couldn't watch the Vikings :) - pretty sure it was an internet issue & did correct after Sunday. Not a huge deal as we were not there to watch TV.

Summary: GREAT vacation rental for all!!

Positive: We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the private pool, fire pit, and the whole house. The kitchen was well stocked for meal preparation and the washer and dryer was a big plus. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Loved that it had beach towels for the pool and a small clothesline to hang them daily. It is a great house for a family. The grill was a plus!

Negative: The price to heat the pool was really high and that is a separate charge (in the contract it said $85 per day, but it was much more than that). There were no games for kids under 6. There were only a few detergent pods for washing clothes and they ask that you start a load of laundry before you leave. A printer was available, but there wasn't any paper. There could be a few more clothespins for hanging.

Summary: We had a great time in a wonderful house. We would love to come again someday!
