Positive: Spring garden cottage was the perfect cosy cottage for our stay for a family of five. It was very well Furnished and welcoming and the owners checked in sometimes to ensure everything was fine which it was. There is a shared yard so dogs need to be on a lead but this wasn’t a problem and the owners Labrador was very friendly on the couple of occasions we met. All the bedrooms were comfortable and had plenty of clothes space. The heating was set on a timer and kept the cottage warm throughout . The location was perfect for us with only a five minute walk over the bridge into town and parking was provided for our Campervan .

Negative: Nothing- it was the perfect space for our ten day stay.

Summary: Cosy cottage close to the heart of Wadebridge. Well furnished and welcoming!

Positive: The cottage was perfect. It had everything we needed and was exceptionally clean and cosy. Our host was very friendly and helpful and guided us to the nearby restaurants and local facilities.

Negative: There was nothing to dislike whatsoever.

Positive: Very welcoming and helpful host, really clean and lovely location

Negative: The only issue we had is was classed as dog friendly, owners very welcoming of the dogs but no direct access to a garden, just a paved courtyard where dogs had to be kept on leads, our dogs dont like peeing or pooping on leads which meant we had to go out the back gate and walk to the field outside. This didn't impact too much on our stay jsut meant we had to get up, dressed in the morning to take dogs straight out

Positive: Our visit was really was home from home, everything you could possibly need is there. It was a beautiful property that is lovingly been restored. We used it a base to visit the university's and to have a family reunion. The town has many shops, walks, river, bridge, and cycling paths surrounded with countryside views which I will use on my next visit.
