Positive: Beautiful apartment in perfect location in Perast. Private shaded terrace with tables chairs and sofas and also chairs and tables to take just across to the waterfront with the best view and steps to go swimming. Two large double bedrooms beautifully made up, kitchen and lounge area and bathroom with shower and washing machine. Owner very helpful as are his parents who looked after us very well.

Negative: Nothing it was exactly what we wanted . Perfect.

Summary: Perfect stay in what looked like the best located apartment in Perast.

Positive: Excellent location for swimming and local restaurants. Very picturesque with great views. Welcoming and friendly hosts. Would highly recommend. Ideal for two couples or family with children.

Negative: Nothing much to dislike. If travelling by car parking fees were quite high at €15 for 24 hours. This is standard for all visitors to the village.

Summary: Loved Perast and will hopefully return one day.

Positive: Absolutely everything. You couldn't wish for more hospitable and friendly hosts. Loved the welcome treats, loved the stunning location, loved the access in front to the water, loved our private patio, loved the easy walk into town for restaurants and sites. This place is picture perfect!

Negative: Having to leave. (A small note that one of the air conditioners in one of the bedrooms leaked internally and couldn't be used but the other air conditioner was more than adequate for the space.)

Summary: Perfection. An absolute joy!

Positive: Spring Apartment is self catering , but there are many lovely places nearby to have breakfast , lunch , dinner in picturesque Perast. Spring Apartment is located at the quiet end of Perast , large pine tree provides shade for al fresco dining.

Negative: The beaches in Perast are not sand nor pebble beaches - the 'beach' is a concrete strip off which are strategically placed steps to enter the water .

Summary: 5 Star accommodation ,stylishly furnished, spotlessly clean , host family Barovic,kind & welcoming

Positive: First of all, the spring apartment is beautifully designed with a lot of love in every detail, very clean and perfectly equipped! It’s location in Perast is amazing if you want to avoid the big tourist crowds in Kotor and enjoy a more relaxed stay in the bay. With the terrace and the seating opportunity in front of the house, you can enjoy amazing views of the bay and Perast day and night. Andrej and his parents are very welcoming, super helpful and easy to communicate with to make your stay as enjoyable as possible and give you the best experience! Andrej also supported with restaurant recommendations and arranging a private boat trip to the lady of the rocks island (definitely recommend to make the tour with Nenad the neighbor!). All in all 10 out of 10 - would definitely recommend to stay at spring apartment when visiting Perast/ the bay of Kotor! :)

Positive: If you like staying in an apt rather an hotel in the beautiful village of Perast, this is definitely the place to be: very comfortable (beds and sheets were the best), well decorated, bright, nice terrace with the view on the sea, ideal walking distance from the parking, welcoming hosts, etc
